You've come to the right place. Using your freshly purchased cupies, you are able to purchase a COMPLETELY custom house built entirely to your specifications!
Each house purchase requires a minimum of 75 cupies, and a maximum of... however many cupies you can fit into a house! Every house comes with the following:

* A private island with transportation via the Sera Butler for a mere 100 gold coins!
* House reserved specifically for you on the server of your choice
* Bragging rights!
Once you purchase a house, you can do anything you would like with it - let your friends use it, let your guild use it, or even sell it to another player if you decide to upgrade! In addition, you're allowed to improve your existing house at any time with additional cupies.

To get started on your custom house, contact a GM using the support center or in-game and let them know that you would like to build a house. Travel to Sera, in the southeast portion of town you will find the Sera Custom House Center. There you can use boxes and other tools to plan the layout of your house, as well as view different floor, roof, and wall tiles that your house can use.
Once you've finished a floor, you need to have confirmation from a GM to record that part of the floor-plan. Then you can work on the next floor, or if that's it, then that's it!
